User get Email notification when they receive a message.
This is available in both Free and Pro version.
@shamim51 , I am not receiving the email notifications. How do I troubleshoot the email notifications issue ?
Please note I’m receiving all other emails.

@shamim51 , thank you for this link. I have checked multiple times, the option “Email me when I get new messages?”
is not visible in free version of the plugin (v11.3.3) that is installed in my wordpress website. Screenshot from the backend

If you can, please share a screenshot of the setting that is described in the troubleshooting steps.
I am receiving all other emails from WordPress backend.
That option is in front-end from where you send/receive messages (page where [front-end-pm] shortcode is.
If still not working, please deactivate all plugins and change theme to one of default theme then try again. Then activate one by one.
