We are supposed to receive an email whenever a new member signs up. The emails never come through although the email is working fine and another forum we have on the site works just fine. Please Advise

You can install the “Check & Log Email” plugin and verify if your UM Settings are correct and UM is sending the expected emails.

If emails are being sent from UM your issue is during the email transport to the user email client’s inbox. This might be your web hosting email server setup or gmail considering your emails being spam.

To avoid most of theses email transport issues you should use a secure email connection by using the SMTP protocol.
