This is happening on my site too.
Nothing shows up under “applications” or shows under Jobs – number of applicants or EMAILS… and no emails are received either. Basically the plugin doesn’t work
This issue for email is well documented within the forums. This is NOT a JM issue. 99.99% of the time it’s related to your hosting provider and how they manage the WP SMTP.

Using Postman SMTP to log the error, the plugin seems to be returning no values for $to used in wp_mail(). The log error is : No recipient forward path has been supplied

I am having the exact same problem. I really like this plugin and it is working great with the exception of no longer sending emails since my WordPress install got upgraded to version 4.7.2. Please let me know how this can be fixed.
