It seems like the email has been added to a Spam list. We would request you to check the email in the Spam folder. If the email is still not there, please get in touch with the email server admin and ask him whether this email has been added to the spam list.

Hi @ronthomes, if you are facing issue for this email server, then we would request you to get in touch with the server support and ask them to not add this particular email in the spam folder.
Also, you can use some plugin like SMTP to fix this : https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-mail-smtp/ or https://wordpress.org/plugins/easy-wp-smtp/
