There seems to be a bug in regards to this as we have encountered other users experiencing this problem. But, we already escalated this to our lead developer and have not heard any updates yet. We will let you know as soon as we get a piece of new information.
In the meantime, could you please provide the System info txt file from Popup Maker -> Tools page inside your WordPress admin page for us to take a look at it?

@priyanka6024 – We have only seen similar issues with users hosted using MySQL 5.5 and only a few of them as we have thousands using that version without issue as far as we can tell. All of theme simply deleted an option in their wp_options table for our plugin which regenerated the table properly.
Alternatively we have seen a few users who migrated from a staging to live site and copied the wp_options table but not the wp_pum_subscribers table resulting in the plugin thinking the table already exists as we store the table version in wp_options.
