    How to resolve this issue? I thought I followed all of the steps. Thanks in advance!

    Constants: No
    API Key: Yes

    Debug:

    Hi @artcgeek,

    Thanks for reaching out & I apologize for the trouble!

    When you get a chance, please log into your Brevo account and try whitelisting your sites IPs (the IP address of the site where it’s hosted) and see if that resolves your issue.

    • To find your site IP(s), please use this tool and enter your domain name.
    • Then, go to Brevo security settings section (see link).
    • Add your site’s IP(s) to the “Authorize new IP address” section (see).

    Once you complete the above steps, try sending a test email (WP Mail SMTP -> Tools) from your WordPress site. Those changes may not take effect immediately. Sometimes, you may have to wait an hour or so for them to be reflected.
