    I received an email with the link above. Unfortunately, it does not take me to the cart or even to the website.

    Another issue is that the email is from someone’s name on it that is not from our company.

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    Are you using any SMTP plugin or host email system to send the emails?

    We would suggest you install the SMTP plugin to send the recovery emails.
    Here is the doc for reference: https://cartflows.com/docs/recovery-emails-not-sending/

    The recovery link redirects to the user on the checkout page, not on Cart or any other page.

    Regarding the second concern, you can edit the name from settings.
