I’ve haven’t seen this issue anywhere else so I’m coming here for help. On my WordPress site while using Woo commerce. When a non-registered customer orders an item, the emails that are suppose to be sent are a Processing Your Order email and after the order is done they should receive a Completed Order email. For some reason they are not. However registered users are still receiving these emails. I’ve checked every setting and googled everything I can possibly think of. Even put it in a test environment with also all plugins disabled and still didn’t work. I’m out of ideas. Throw some ideas out there for me to try.

    Thanks!

    Hi there!

Did you also try using a different theme? If all other elements were disabled, that might be a good thing to check as well. I recommend using Storefront.

I agree with @imazed and I would also add that you should do two things. Paste your status report here and remove the URL if you need to. Then paste it here inside the code brackets in the tools section here.

Send us that and then also try viewing the outgoing to even see if it is actually going out. Mailpoet makes a great little plugin to do that with.

When you’re testing go to the plugin to view what mail went out. If it’s not going out then chances are you’re using an outdated template file.

HI, I’M EXPERIENCING THE SAME PROBLEM. AFTER THE WOOCOMMERCE UPDATE LAST WEEK I DO NOT GET ANY INCOMING MAILS FOR PURCHASES MADE IN MY SHOP. CONTACT FORM ON THE WORDPRESS SITE WORKS FINE.
SHOULD I MAKE A NEW TICKET FOR THIS OR?

    THANKS FOR YOUR REPLY.
