    Hi. First of all let me say thank you for work! This plugin is just what I was looking for!

    I have ran into a notorious problem with notification being send twice on custom post update. I managed to narrow down the source of the problem and it is the WPML plugin. Specifically it triggers two emails when I duplicate content of the page for translation (thus there are two version of the page, each for it’s language). So when I update something on any version of the page it triggers notification twice.

    I was wondering if you have an idea on how to restrict it to send the email only once? Probably with some php code for my functions.php file? Or a plugin that would check if outgoing mail is sent twice to the same address and restrict it?
    Please help!

    Hi @hexegg,
    Thanks for your message.

    That’s a good question and not something i’ve come across before. I’ll do some investigation however, an add-on that supports WPML and various languages is on my roadmap, I just don’t know when it’ll be developed yet.

    For now, i’ll see if it’s possible to stop the duplicate notifications when WPML is installed.

    I’ll let you know how I get on.

    Thank you! I’ll be waiting for a solution. Right now this is the only problem I have with your plugin, all other issues were resolved. 🙂

    Hi @hexegg,
    Just letting you know that i’ve looked into it and it’s pretty complicated to do this.

    I do have plans for a WPML add-on at a later date for BNFW and I’ll make sure that this feature is included when it’s released but I don’t know when that’ll be at the moment.
