    Dear @sheerazali,

    Thank you for the topic.

    Most presumably, there is an issue connected to the WordPress default wp_mail function on your website. Due to this, your Server doesn’t send an email. 

    So, for now, I would recommend you install an SMTP plugin and check the case again.
