    hello

    A page with the address of WordPress > Elementor > Sent, when a user sent an email, a red number was displayed next to the word sent, and I realized that the email had been sent and checked it. But how long has this sign not been displayed? How can I make this sign appear again?

    The icon you see are related to the woocommerce order feature, so this icon shows how menu orders you have received on your site.

    Yes I know. The photo is a sample and my problem is related to the submissions section in the Elementor menu.
    In my site, I have a section called customer communication, and the user submits his email and question, and I receive these emails in Elementor > Submissions.
    Previously, whenever I received an email, a sign like the image next to the word “Sends” was displayed and I realized that the email had arrived. But now when the email is sent to me, this sign is no longer displayed. I want to know how I should adjust so that this sign is displayed again.

    Thanks for your reply.

    As Elementor Submissions are a Pro feature, it appears you are using the Pro version of Elementor. Since you are a Pro user, you can open a support ticket at my.elementor.com (ref: https://elementor.com/help/how-to-submit-a-support-ticket/).

    WordPress.org rules state that commercial products are not supported here.
