Email functions is not working

Hi,

I am facing weird behavior of this otherwise excellent plugin – my Email button works only alone or in really basic form. When I create form with just email element, it works fine and after clicking on it it sends email to desired email adress immediately. But when I add more elements to the form, it is not working any more – it says to the user, that email was send correctly, but email never reach the mailbox (which is the same as in first case, when it works great).

I would appreciate any suggestions from you.
