Contact 7 Form email error

    I am using Contact Form 7 with theme Customizr. I am getting the following error message after hitting send: “I get this message
    Failed to send your message. Please try later or contact the administrator by another method..”. My email has otherwise been working fine today. I am new to to all of this and wondering if working on a local server, localhost, could have anything to do with it?
