Email content

Hi
I created a form with conditional and it is great, but the content, message and subject do not appear. Receipt is normal.
What do I need to do for the email content to appear?

I think I found the error.
In Tab Form the subject is a select* group and I don’t have [your-subject] and in Tab mail I have [your-subject].
Could this lack of subject cause an email sending error?
Some help?
