I am really sorry to hear that the reminder email isn’t sending out as expected, and I completely understand how critical this is for keeping your attendees updated before an event.
We have already tested the reminder automation on our end using the “minutes before event” trigger, and it worked properly. To investigate this further and see if larger time intervals behave differently, we have now scheduled another test set to “2 hours before the event” in our staging environment. Once this test run completes, we’ll determine what next steps or adjustments are necessary.
In the meantime, since automation triggers often depend on server cron jobs (wp-cron), caching, or local site settings, could you please reach out to us directly through our website/landing? That way, our technical team can take a deeper, direct look into your site and cron schedules to get this sorted out for you quickly.

We have checked it into our end. But there is an issue, issue is lets say we should get the reminder email at 2:00 PM but in our test its sent at 2:15 PM. And in your case its totally not triggering before 2 days. We are working with reminder email automation. We will let you know the update when we will be done. Please allow us some time.
