Hi stephenkrem,
Thank you for reaching out. After updating to version 3.8.0, some users may experience the hamburger icon appearing on the desktop or an empty red-bordered box in the menu. This is usually related to CSS loading or caching.
Please try the following steps:
- Clear all cache (browser, plugin, server, and CDN if applicable).
- Regenerate CSS from Elementor → Editor → Tools → Regenerate CSS & Data.
- Re-save the header template where the Nav Menu is used.
Once done, please check if the issue persists. If it does, kindly share your website URL so we can investigate further. We have already escalated similar reports to our development team and are monitoring this behavior closely.
We appreciate your patience, and we’ll make sure this is properly resolved.
Best regards,
Ikbal
@tusherikbal, yes that is the issue and you may see it here on the screenshot > https://prnt.sc/jiRNhalSqvZ3
I did all the following steps above and none of them helped. I’ll hide this element for now using the CSS since we have 2 different headers for mobile/desktop so it will be easy to target it.
Hopefully this will be resolved.
Best,
Stephen
