Hello @brs76,
Thank you for reaching out.
The issue may be related to the server resources available to your website. Elementor and third-party addons can require additional PHP memory, particularly when multiple addons are installed or enabled. A large number of WordPress revisions can also affect website performance.
To troubleshoot the issue, we recommend the following:
- Increase the PHP resource limits by increasing the memory_limit and max_execution_time. You can follow this WordPress guide or Elementor’s documentation for guidance.
- Disable unused widgets in HappyAddons from HappyAddons → Analytics. This helps reduce the resources required by the Elementor editor. We also recommend disabling unused widgets from any other third-party Elementor addons you may have installed.
- Clean up unnecessary WordPress revisions if your website has accumulated a large number of them. You may use a plugin such as WP Sweep for this purpose. Please ensure you have a complete backup before making any database changes.
- Make sure the required plugins are active and updated, particularly WordPress, Elementor, and HappyAddons.
Once you’ve completed these steps, please check the editor again and let us know whether the issue persists. If it does, please share the details of the issue along with a screenshot or screen recording, and we’ll be happy to investigate further.
Hello @brs76,
I hope you’re doing well.
As we haven’t received any further updates from you, we hope the troubleshooting steps shared above helped resolve the issue with the Elementor editor.
For now, we’ll consider this topic resolved. However, if you’re still experiencing the issue or need any further assistance, please feel free to reply to this topic or open a new support thread with the latest details. We’ll be more than happy to take another look and assist you further.
