White screen when edit missing

I am using Starter Templates and Elementor to build a website.

I keep getting white screen when editing a newly added page or trying to add a new page. The edit with Elementor is also missing from backend dashboard under pages.

I tried accessing the log to see any errors but I can’t. This keeps happening and how do I prevent it when I’m not sure what’s the cause?
