Dear Elementor Support Team,

I hope you’re doing well.

I’m currently experiencing a technical issue while using Elementor and Elementor Pro with the XStore theme (by 8Theme). Whenever I attempt to use the Theme Builder or try to edit/insert any template, I encounter the following error message:

Elementor Theme Builder Error:
Error: Unexpected token ‘<‘, “
”… is not valid JSON

Due to this error, I’m unable to edit or insert any templates via the Theme Builder. I reached out to the XStore (8Theme) support team regarding this issue. After reviewing it, they informed me that the error appears to originate from Elementor’s plugin files. Below is a summary of their response:

“We have thoroughly reviewed the issue; however, it appears that the error originates from the Elementor plugin files. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a direct solution in this case.
As a workaround, we recommend using the table layout, which allows you to modify, create, or remove any templates built with Elementor. Additionally, we suggest waiting for a short period and then checking again, as such issues can sometimes be caused by WordPress caching requests from plugins.
Also, you can think about submitting a support request through the official Elementor support forum.”

I’ve tried the suggested workarounds, including clearing the cache, but the issue persists. This issue is blocking my ability to work, and all my projects are currently on hold because of it.

Could you please let me know how soon this issue can be resolved? I would really appreciate your assistance in identifying the root cause and helping me with a solution.

Best regards,
