    Hello Trustindex Support,

We have identified a compatibility issue between Trustindex and Elementor on our website, https://www.miccoli.es/.

Elementor’s native Scroll Snap functionality previously worked correctly on mobile but recently stopped working.

After investigating with Chrome DevTools, we confirmed:

    • Scroll Snap is correctly enabled in Elementor and its CSS is generated.
    • Disabling Trustindex immediately restores Scroll Snap.
    • With Trustindex enabled, the HTML element receives an inline overflow: unset declaration.
    • Removing that declaration through DevTools restores Scroll Snap without changing Elementor settings.
    • The instruction document.documentElement.style.overflow = 'unset'; appears in Trustindex’s frontend main.js, line 130, with additional overflow-related code in TrustindexCommon.js and cdn.trustindex.io/loader.js.

We are using Trustindex version 14.2.

Could you confirm whether the mobile overflow-handling logic has changed recently, and whether it can be disabled or corrected without affecting the reviews widget?

We would prefer to resolve this at the source rather than add custom CSS to override the plugin.

    Thank you.

    Hi @vmiccoli,

Thank you for the detailed report.

It looks like you’ve posted this in the wrong support forum. This forum is for the Rich Showcase for Google Reviews plugin, which is not affiliated with “Trustindex Support”.

Please contact the support team of the plugin you’re actually using.

    Thanks!
