Start by renaming the Elementor plugin folder via FTP, this will deactivate it and allow you to access wp-admin again. Once you’re back in, you can reinstall Elementor from the dashboard.
If the issue continues, rename the entire plugins folder to rule out a plugin conflict, then reactivate plugins one by one to find the cause.

What is the path to access via FTP?

Or use the file manager app in your *hosting control panel*.

    Go to this path: public_html/wp-content/plugins/
Inside that folder you’ll find elementor and possibly elementor-pro. Rename it there.

I am trying to access public_html/wp-content/plugins/ but that will not go anywhere. I understand what you trying to have me do but I am unsure of how to get there.
