Elementor Kit is getting deleted.

I have installed elementor on site. disabled all plugins and theme changed to hello .

but problem is when i edit any page and click publish two or three times. it deletes the kit. and when i reopen the editor it ask to regenrate kit by going to Elementor > tools. when i regenerate the kit and goes back to elementor page it changes it to clasic .. it keeps happening. I have contacted the support they disabled all security restrictions. but nothing is helping.
