• Hi Elementor Support Team,

I am experiencing a persistent conflict between Elementor and MailPoet. My subscription popup forms refuse to trigger on any page designed with Elementor, even though the plugin is active and working correctly in other areas (like the footer).

    Evidence of Conflict:

    • To troubleshoot, we created a plain WordPress test page (/popup-test/) that does not use Elementor. The MailPoet popup works perfectly on that page.
    • However, on my homepage and other pages built with Elementor, the popup never appears.
    • I have already ruled out other conflicts by deactivating my caching (SiteGround Speed Optimizer), security plugins, and cookie consent banners. The issue persists only on Elementor layouts.

Patterns Observed: I have noticed a recurring pattern where Elementor seems to interfere with third-party script triggers. Previously, I had the same issue with multiple “sticky bar” plugins being blocked by Elementor until I found one specific plugin that managed to fire. I would like to stop using multiple “patch” plugins and rely on MailPoet for my popups, but Elementor’s asset loading or markup seems to be preventing the scripts from firing.

    Environment:

I have checked the “Features” (Experiments) settings in Elementor, but I couldn’t find a combination that restores the MailPoet functionality.

Could you please advise on which specific setting or “hook” in Elementor might be blocking these third-party scripts from triggering?

    Thank you!
