Elementor design problems on certain browsers

Greetings and thanks for the amazing plugin .
I have a problem where on Opera the website looks perfect , amazing . On Chrome and Edge the websites looks funky sometimes , some borders disappear or are not in place . On mobile , there are no background images on my section ,etc. I have tried everything on the book : deactivate all the addons , change theme , change devices I am trying the page on , I tried contacting my hosting company , there is no cache left to purge , I made sure I cleared the cache on all my devices all the time , nothing works . I tried different normaliser/css reset , nothing nothing works .

Please help me with this issue as my website’s progress will be rendered useless.
