I am using Oceanwp Theme on one of my sites. There is a conflict between the Elementor woo_products widget and Ocenwp theme which breaks the layout. Elementor are aware of this conflict and have advised me to contact you to check if you have a solution.

Hello, can you show me a screenshot of the issue?
The woo widget comes from Elementor?

Hello, having no answers from you, I assume that you solve your issue.
Feel free to respond if you still need help with this 🙂

I did send you a reply. Don’t know why you didn’t get it! The Woo-Products widget is an Elementor Pro widget. How do I send a screenshot?

Hello, you can send me a screenshot here via an external like imgur but if the widget comes from Elementor Pro, you will need to contact their support team because I cannot solve an issue of a third party plugin.

I have replied to the email notification with a screenshot. Elementor say it’s a Oceanwp issue and that you are aware of it. I am caught in the middle!

Can you send the screenshot here?
There is an issue with the default WooCommerce shortcode, maybe it is the same, if it is, I have contacted Elementor but received no answers from them.
The products style look weird in the Elementor backend, right?
I don’t know why but the WooCommerce CSS file from OceanW¨doesn’t work in the Elementor backend.
I will re-contact them again, if they don’t answer me, I cannot know what is wrong.

Yes, it is the same issue, it only happens on the Elementor backend where the custom WooCommerce CSS file doesn’t work.
I have contacted them again, I will see if they help me to solve this or point me in the right direction.
You can still use the shortcodes, there is no problem in front end.

There is a problem in the front end though! One of the products disappears. Thanks for trying to sort this out.

Hi, you shouldn’t have any problem in front end, have you tried with another theme to see where the issue come from?

    (@jonimad)

Yes I have tried with other Themes and it works OK with them.

Okay, can you show me the page where you should have your products and what is wrong?

On the live site, as a workaround, I used images and buttons with links to the single product pages. The Woocommerce loop gets broken when I use the Woo-products widget in Oceanwp. I will set up an older version on localhost and try to show you what happens.

There should be 3 products on this page:

I have had a discussion with another website designer who has suggested the disappearing product may have something to do with the Siteground cache that is activated on the site. The product that disappears is set to not show for customers in the US & Canada and maybe this is causing the cache to show that version of the page to viewers outside those areas. I’ll have a word with my hoting company, Siteground, and see if they think that may be a possibility.
