    Hi,
    i wanted to know if there’s a solution for paypal payments when the user does not get back to the thank you page (but closes his session after payment) ?
    is it possible to track conversions using IPN, PDT or any other way?
    As Woocommerce gets the info and closes the transactions, i am sure there’s a way to transfer this info (in the back) …

    i have this problem in a few websites….

    so, what should i do?

    Hi,

    Thank you for writing to us!

    As of now, no way to send it using our plugin. However, you can use the measurement protocol hits to send the transaction manually in GA but you will not get the referral, session, date & associated campaign data for that particular transaction because GA works on the sessions. Maintaining session is very important in GA.

    The ideal way to track the perfect transaction with all the mentioned attributes, it should be in a single session & the best way to do it sends the user back to the “thank you” page.
