editor – right to create gallery

    Hi,
    as written here only admins can create and edit galleries. But I need this right for Editors and/or other roles. The mentioned “Advanced Acess Manager”-plugin isn’t able to do this, neither is the Plugin “User Role Editor”.
    They don’t recognize the necessary rules.

    So how do I do this?
