This could be caused by a conflict between one of the plugins you’re using and the Block Editor. Try deactivating all plugins to see if that fixes the problem. If it does, you can reactivate them one by one until you find the one causing the issue.
Tried disabling all plugins except elementor and the theme default. No success.

The message you received is not an error but a notice. It refers to your commercial theme, Vova, which apparently isn’t compatible with the latest version of WordPress in terms of its language files. As long as you haven’t enabled PHP output in your browser, this shouldn’t cause any problems in the editor. If it does, disable PHP output in your browser again; this may be a setting in your hosting account.
