Editor not working

I got Play.ht since it was introduced in AppSumo and it was a great plugin. However, lately, the editor no longer works and its been months since I tried reaching out the developers with no avail. A lot was promised when it was offered on AppSumo but now suddenly the support is no longer included. This feels really unfair to users like us who supported its early release and believed in it.
