    The error is:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function accelerate_render_header_image() in /home3/tingkai/public_html/wp-content/themes/dazzling/inc/custom-header.php on line 90

I have downloaded your theme and this function call does not appear at that line number in that file. So it looks like your theme files have been corrupted.

    – switch to another theme
    – delete your current theme (its settings will be in the database so they will be retained)
    – get a fresh download of your theme, upload and re-activate

    Hi,

how do i switch to another theme or delete my current theme? I cant log into wp-admin..

    Thanks

    Didn’t get that bit!

Assuming the error is in your theme files, you can disable the theme by using FTP to rename the folder dazzling at wp-content/themes/dazzling

WordPress should detect it is missing and automatically switch to the default theme.

But i cant even log in to http://www.treatacnebest.com/wp-admin/ because the error keeps showing up. So how can i change the theme settings?

    Thanks

You will need to use FTP. This is a method of accessing the files on your host webserver. Apache webservers usually run cpanel which is common but there are other systems. Your cPanel may include file management software which can be used.

If this means nothing to you, you may need to contact your host’s support service to ask for a FTP username and password. Then you will need to get some FTP software. There is freeware which can be used.

I don’t think its possible to get into your site if the WordPress login doesn’t work, unless you access it by FTP or other file manager software.

    Hi,

i tried using FTP but i cant connect to my server and it keeps saying connection timeout.
I am using Hostgator, Filezilla for FTP.

Hostgator has cpanel, and this has a File Manager module you can use. When you signed up to Hostgator, its likely that they sent you an email with your cpanel login details. If not, you need to put in a support ticket asking for access. The File manager module can be used to rename the directory as above.

    Hi,

Im already inside my FTP account, how do i delete my current theme?

You can delete the theme by deleting the folder dazzling and its contents at wp-content/themes/dazzling. Your settings for dazzling are in the database and will be retained. WordPress should automatically switch to the default theme. Hopefully that will let you back in to the admin page. Then add the dazzling theme back in from a fresh download, and activate it.
