    You have to click “Save Form” before it will take effect. If the problem persists, you probably have a theme/plugin conflict. Try deactivating other plugins and activating a default theme, see if that solves the problem.

    I’ve hit save! It will save any text changes, but won’t save it if I remove all the text.

    And, with all due respect, it’s not another plugin conflict. You’ve chosen to update your plugin and if it’s not working, it’s the conflict. Quit telling people that….you’ll just run all the users off to another plugin.
