From a quick look it appears it was a custom theme, correct? Have you tried reaching out to the theme’s developer about that? I have a feeling they may know how that’s done.
Yes, custom theme. However, I was able to create those and now they are gone. There has been a falling out with the developer.
The slider was created with http://idangero.us/swiper/ it was probably hard coded into the home page template. No way to tell without seeing the theme files tho. Any qualified web dev should be able to help you with that basic code changes.
