Edit sidebar widgets from Dasjboard

I am developing a WP theme for a client who is not very tech savvy and I was wondering if, to make his life easier, I could somehow enable him to edit the sidebar widgets I have included directly from the Dashboard as oppose to having to click on “Appearance” and then “Widgets”

Any help on this would be great
