• Hi guys,
I try install a clean wordpress and active only a Client Dash, and I cannot custom role menu.

Developer Tools give me this error:
clientdash.min.js?ver=1425515107:1 Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘offset’ of undefined
3wp-auth-check.js?ver=4.1.1:96 Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘hasClass’ of undefined

When I click to edit item menu, this page reload and back to wordpress theme menu.

    I identified this:

    q = wpNavMenu.menuList.offset().left,

    At 192 line on clientdash.min.js

Sorry for the delay Riccardo, but we are looking into this now. Sorry for any inconvenience.

    I’m struggling to replicate this.

Could you please do the following:

Disable all other plugins, use a default WordPress theme (like TwentyFifteen). Does the problem still exist? If it does not still exist. Try enabling everything again one by one, testing for the problem every time, to see if you can find what is conflicting.

If that doesn’t work, please provide the following:

Version of Client Dash you are using
Version of WordPress you are using
Version of PHP you are using (if you can find this)
    List of active plugins
    The active theme
    Is the site a multi-site

Any updates on this issue Riccardo? I’d love to get this working for you!

I’m going to close the issue soon if I don’t hear back. Hoping it’s working out for you.
