Hi, I am trying to create a new variable product but the ‘edit product’ page does not seem to be working correctly. It won’t let me add images to the product gallery and it won’t let me add any text to the product description. Woocommerce and all my other plugins are up to date. If you could help it would be really appreciated. Thanks

Hi @alchemistcompetitions ,

It seems that code from one of the installed plugins or your theme is conflicting with the product edit page.

I recommend conducting a conflict test on your site as per the steps here: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-self-service-guide/#section-4

Thank you for your reply @wpnomad . Unfortunately I’m still have the issue after following these steps. It seems to work fine in my staging site however but when I go back to my live site it doesn’t work again.

Hey @alchemistcompetitions

If you did the conflict-testing steps on staging, did you also re-enable the plugins again one by one? That will help to determine which plugin is causing the issue here, so you can deactivate it on your live site.
