Edit Post Page coming up blank

I’ve done a bad thing by setting my number of posts viewed on the edit page to 400.

Ever since then when I try to go to the edit post page I get a blank white screen with no activity. I think the two are related as it feels like it is a server hit issue as it is now trying to load 400 posts to the page to be viewed.

Can I somehow clear that or set it back to default?

I’ve read some other posts about trying to disable plugins and I don’t think that is it. I get similar issues when trying to load up too many comments.

But maybe I’m wrong. Any help out there?
