Edit Page/Post Screen doing something WEIRD!

Here are some screen shots of my edit screen:

http://theskylevel.com/featured.pngIt looks like it’s not loading the functions of the admin panel correctly, moreover, when I click to add a featured image it loads the screen in an unreachable section of the bottom left hand corner.
Any advice?
