Edit Meta Tag – Dissappeared

    Can anyone explain why my edit meta tag would dissappear from my home page! I am using the 2010 weaver theme and created a site last week and logged in the following day and the tag had dissappeared, I have now learnt that i can login using my site + wp-login.php
    I am new to WP (7 days) love the software but having problems with restoring backups and edit tags.
