Edit gallery link broken, adding in extra /

    When problem occurs:

    On the edit page post > a gallery has been inserted into tionymce > click on the gallery > click edit icon top left of gallery

    Clicking on this icon brings up the iframe to edit the gallery but the link is slightly wrong, it is bring back

    /wp-admin//media-upload.php?post_id=10&tab=gallery&

    If I (in FF) right click the frame > open frame in new tab/window and remove the extra / in the url the page works fine.

    I have performed a find in the wordpress files to try and find where the bad link is coming from but I can`t find it. Does anyone know what may be causing this?

    I can still get to the edit gallery page by clicking on upload image (above tinymce) then clicking on the gallery tab so I can still do what I need to do but this is really annoying me.
