Edit Date Modus not working any more

I purchased the CFDB edit extension and it worked fine. But now, when I click the “Edit date”-Button, nothing happens and after a few seconds I get the error message:
“Warnung: nicht antwortendes Skript – ein Skript auf dieser Seite ist eventuell beschäftigt oder es antwortet nicht mehr. Sie können das Skript jetzt stoppen, im Debugger öffnen oder weiter ausführen.

I updated the CFDB edit extension to version 1.5, but it does not solve the problem – what can I do?
