Edit buttons not shown correctly

    When a comment is waiting for moderation, the edit buttons are not shown correctly. Only the labels are shown. A user cannot edit his comment at this point. Below the generated content. It shows Dutch translations, but i hope the issue is clear.

    I’m using version 3.4.0 with theme Twenty Twenty-for. Not sure if it is a compatability issue or a bug.
