Edit a category layout css and evrything.

I have Flatshop installed for my woocomerce site

by default the categories look like shit (50% width align right) and the elements within are also a terrible choice.

in wordpress you can access the categories from “products”

but you can access none of the page’s current layout nor edit it :
option set 1

option set 2
none of these options get me any closer to my goal.

where can I edit what actually shows up on the categories?

can I break all category links this way they never show as a page?
