Ecuador flag

Hello,
Please correct the Ecuador flag as the one now is confused withe Colombia’s flag.
The correct one should look like this: https://worldpopulationreview.com/flags/ecuador/

Note: I tried to use custom flag guide to change it, didn’t work.
Created new folder “polylang/” in theme wp-content and uploaded the file (ec.png or ec_EC.png). Even tried to create the folder in the theme folder and theme childe folder. Not working.

Best solution is the update the country flag with the correct one, once and for all.
