Ecommerce recommedations

I am looking for an E commerce plugin. I found a really good one but there is one feature it lacks. When the customer buys an item, I need it to not charge the card automatically. I need for it to charge the card when the item ships and the admin processes the order. Does anyone know of a e commerce plugin to do this.
