ebook & contact form plugins clash with quest theme css

    Hi, I have installed two plugins that are ‘clashing’ with quest theme:

    1. Contact Bank Lite
    Confirmation emails for admin and customer are not generated upon form submission

    2. ebook store
    Can’t enable the data capture form for downloads, as it doesn’t work

    I have spent hours trouble-shooting with each plugin’s developer, and both have informed me that it is the theme template that is causing the issue.

    I submitted a query to the forum over two weeks ago with no response – please could somebody help me! I have no skills with CSS and am worried about upsetting my website.

    Sorry for the delay

    1. I doubt if this is a Theme issue, the theme should not do anything with the Plugin sending emails (Contact Form 7 is tested and works great with the theme, so i suspect this is a theme issue)
    2. Can you provide me the page URL with the issue, this is the first time i am hearing about this plugin, i don’t have the setup to even look at what’s wrong, so a working URL can get me started so that i can take a look

    Hi there I’m sorry to have missed your reply. I still really need and value your help…

    After updating the theme a couple of weeks ago the contact form plugin started to work and we started to receive email notification, so that’s good!

    The problem now is with the ebook store plugin – This is for selling ebooks and creating free downloads in return for subscriptions to a mail chimp mailing list.
    I can’t get it to work with the sign up form – it only works if you disable the sign up form and that’s not why we created the free download – we need contact details in return for the free download.

    I hope you can help me find the problem.

    So if i understand this correctly, you want to provide a download link if the user subscribes to a mailchimp list ? Correct ?
