Easy, but low on features:

Just wish there were more settings. I’d prefer being able to have all my reviews show up on my reviews page as a long article-type page. Not as separate pages. I know people are allergic to clicks.
I’d also love a scrolling option for the reviews.
It’d be nice to change what fields it asks for as well.
Lastly, I wish it would automatically go Add New screen after I publish a testimonial. Currently it goes to a review.
