Category_Templates – try to read and search the Docs.
Can you give where I have to start.. I understand the docs but where do I have to start

Yes, that’s exactly what the article says. And you make as many as you need. The easiest is to save your archive.php or index.php as category-XX.php and edit it away…
However, be aware that the Category Templates apply to the so-called category archives or category listings (i.e. when you click on a category name) – NOT to individual posts in the category.
