e-mail posts do not work

I am new. I discovered the e-mail posts, this will be very good for me.

I created a new email xxx@mydomain.com in my host, password xxx, port 110, etc. And in Writing (WP), I create the same. Apparently, I finished all that are necessary, but I do not know, because the e-mail posts do not work.

I sent a test email to xxx@mudomain.com, but I do not see this posting in my WP.

The WP is installed in my site, I writed the wp-config, etc., all are ok.

Please help!
