E-mail not receiving attachment.

Hi!
First of all, let me congratulate for this awesome plugin. I know almost nothing about programming, but is really easy to recognize the awesome work you’ve put in this.
So, I’ve created a form that includes the file upload feature. The tags are correct in the Attachments field. The uploads folder is created, with the parent folder set with the 777 access. But I’m not receiving any attachment… or something like it.
What happens is that, in the end of the e-mail, after the last info set in the Mail Body field, in the form settings, I’m receiving this message (the info between <> are my comments):“[…]

Pretty sure I should clarify, it’s a long form, and I’m using a plugin called Contact Form 7 Multi-Step Forms, that unfornately we really gotta use (it’s necessary to this form to be divided through 4 pages). But EVERYTHING works just fine. The plugin is actually able to correctly get and send every information filled in the other forms’ pages, and actually the files are attached only at the very last page, so I don’t think this is the problem.
Does anyone have any clue about what it might be? Sorry, as I stated, i’m pretty newbie with programming.

What other plugins and theme do you use? Can I see the form?
I’m using Medicalpress theme.
The plugins:
Akismet
Exploit Scanner
Kiwi Logo Carousel
Meta Box
Redux Framework
Revolution Slider
Wordpress Importer
WordPress SEO
WP Email CaptureNow that I thought about it, it might be something related to Akismet… maybe…?
I’ll give it a try. Don’t really think it has something do to with it, though. Here are the forms pages:

http://lestecorretora.com.br/formulario-de-sinistro-2/

“Avançar” means Next (and “Voltar” means “Back”). These buttons connect the pages. And “Enviar” means “Send”, or “Submit”. So, as you can see, the first three pages end with a “connection” button, and the last one actually submits the form. And if by “see the form” you mean the code, well, sorry for my stupidity hahaha. Anyway, here is the screenshot of the last form page settings:
OK. Try deactivating all of them and switching to the default theme. See if it affects the mail message body.
I’m having the same issue – attachment isn’t coming through with the email – I am going to follow along if you don’t mind 😀
I have exactly the same problem on my blog with Image-Attachments. Try to upload them, got a lot of strange code but no graphic file.
I also try to set up the default theme and deactivate all plugins. Doesn’t solve the problem.
So I search for Help now.
