Goodmorning AazTexh & Co,

Tested reviewing a listing without logging in and found 2 problems.

The listing e-mail address is being overwritten to the e-mail address of the person who writes the review!
Furthermore, it’s not possible to add a name!

Furthermore, the e-mail issue in the contact form is still there. It’s not working.

Good Morning Peter,

We’ve checked the email overwriting issue but didn’t find it on our side. Regarding the name, we are not thinking to add this option now but we will consider it in future.

We have deeply investigated email issue and didn’t found any issue. Please try sending email using Contact Form 7 plugin. If Contact Form 7 can’t send email that means you have SMTP server issue in your site. In this case you should contact to your hosting service provider.

As usual thanks for the swift reply,

The contact form can send mail through Superclassics, the problem is also on my other website, https://bestshopintown.de/ hosted by a different provider!

I’ve included 2 screenshots of the overwriting on a review you gave 🙂
